What are the different delivery options?
Two options are available: delivery at home via Colissimo or in a relay point with Mondial Relay.
How much does it cost me to be delivered?
To know the exact amount, put the products that interest you in your basket because the price varies according to the weight. I always send at least a follow-up mail. Possibility of adding an additional insurance by messaging me.
In relay point with Mondial Relay (Europe only) :

When will I receive my order?
I ship your orders usually on Tuesdays and Fridays.
In my experience, delivery times are usually from:
France: 2-3 business days
Europe: 3-5 business days
International: 3-8 business days
Can I track the progress of my order and my parcel?
Yes, I always send each parcel as well as the letter formats at least in follow-up.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What if my product arrives damaged?
I take care to send each order in a secure packaging to avoid any damage during transport. If in spite of that your parcel arrives damaged, have in mind that my shop is a very very very small structure, it is very difficult for me to be held responsible and to pay for delivery problems that are out of my control.
But, in this case, send to email@example.com the photos of your damaged parcel. We will try to find a solution together to keep you smiling and satisfied.
Is it possible to exchange or refund?
As explained above, my shop is a very small structure, so at the moment I can not offer refunds. However, you can exchange your product if you have changed your mind! In this case, you must return it within 14 days after receiving your purchase. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs (with tracking code) as well as for shipping the new product. The product must be returned to me in the original condition and without damage in the delivery.
Are you available for custom projects?
Yes! It is possible to work together on an original painting project, silk scarf or porcelain tableware. Do not hesitate to contact me if you have a dimension, colors, a subject, etc ... in mind. Everything is possible!
